Leica, the prestigious German manufacturer of digital cameras, and the luxury brand Hermes, combine to produce a limited series of Leica M7 digital cameras. Each color is limited to 100 pieces which will be numbered from 1/200 to 200/200.
This exclusive edition displays a price of 9,500 euros. The digital camera comes with a visor made of metal, a rapid-wind lever in chrome and a leather strap attached to the body.
Note that this M7 Hermes digital camera, the famous red dot of Leica disappeared, in favor of sobriety and colors of leather. Only the cover bears the engraving of the Leica logo. It will be marketed from mid-December 2009.
