New Zii ZMS-08 chip

Creative, via its subsidiary ZiiLabs, has announced the release of the third generation of Zii chip, the ZMS-08! Intended for handheld devices (netbook, smartphone, ebook readers, MP3 player, PMP …), this chip based on ARM Cortex-A8 clocked at 1GHz can decode the H.624 video format, of a quality equivalent to Blu-ray (1080p), consumes a little bit of power, encode in HD (720p and 1080p), has the OpenGL ES 2.0, the X-Fi Audio and Flash accelerator. Of course, it is compatible with Android, the Plaszma OS of Creative and many others. We are now awaiting to see in which devices we will find it!
