The xpPhone of In Technology Group (ITG) is a smartphone that runs Windows XP. The device is in pre-order for U.S. and has a TFT LCD touch screen of 4.8″ (800×480 pixels), a keyboard, a capacity of 8GB/16GB/32GB/64GB in flash or 30GB/60GB/80GB/120GB HDD, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, a 1.3MP camera, USB, a SIM card slot, TV output and an AMD “Super Mobile” processor with 1GB of RAM. Operating time is 7 hours (removable battery) in typical use and weighs 400g. No price was announced.
