Acer released two new LCD displays for home use. The hx2000 of 20″ has a resolution of 1600×900, contrast ratio 1000:1, brightness of 300cd/m² and a response time of 5ms. Regarding FHX2300 seen above, this display of 23″ Full HD has a contrast ratio of 40.000:1, 300cd/m² brightness and a response time of 5ms, and an HDMI port for plugging in high definition sources such as PS3 or a Blu-ray. The Acer FHX2300 costs €150 when it is available.
